pH Down - Backyard Pool Chemicals

pH Down reduces pH and Total Alkalinity levels in pool water, helping maintain the ideal range of 7.2 to 7.8.

This improves sanitiser effectiveness, enhances swimmer comfort, and prevents scaling on pool surfaces and equipment. The product uses a dry, granular sodium bisulphate formula for easier storage and dosing compared to liquid acids, and it is not classified as a dangerous good for transport or storage.

For best results, dose according to pool volume and test readings, applying evenly with pumps running. Always add acid to water when dissolving and rinse away any undissolved residue to protect surfaces.
