We aim to keep your freight costs down. To do this we have to rely on our freight shipping to give us the best option to suit. Many of our goods are DG, which is a fancy way of saying that some of the goods that take care of your pool or spa require a special licence and transport. Hence, cost can be a little higher as your normal courier can't deliver these goods. Your freight is calculated on the delivery address input and for our fast delivery it get packed and collected. It's important to have the correct delivery address as once this is input we can't change it.

Usually we ship the next day so your goods will arrive within 3-7 working days. If your goods are going to the South Island add a few more days as we rely on our Ferry and DG slots and then changes depending on the weather (literally).

Short answer is no. We've got you covered provided you are regularly testing and keep your pool in good order.

We know our goods are the goods, so if for any reason you do not need it, it's been damaged by delivery or your impulses got the better of you, we've got you covered. Some products (Dangerous Goods) will require a special collection, which may be at your cost but we'll work out the best option to suit.
