How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually will take 3-5 business days for delivery for North Island and 5-10 business days for South Island. For orders which have Dangerous Goods for example Liquid Chlorine, please allow more time as depending on the location. Delivery will take longer. Please note for Rural deliveries we are unable to ship Dangerous Goods unless freight cost is covered.
The product didn't fix my pool, what do I do now?
We are confident that our products do work, however as we know water is complex and can change, we are here at every step of the way to ensure you get your best results. We will usually ask for you to send through a photo of your most recent tests and our expert pool team will guide you through the rest of it.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Your pool or spa subscription is on a quarterly basis (every 3 months). All you will need to do is let us know in writing 20 days prior to your next shipment of pool goodies and we will take care of the rest. Alternatively, you can get in contact with our AP provider and complete the process with them
How do I know what or how much I need?
Depending on the volume of your pool or spa, will determine what you would put in. Our products have the amount volumes required per 10,000l so it's a process of working out from your test what you'll need to put in.
